Well, over the last 4 months I have sold more BM's than even I could imagine. I sold over 15 SHBM's, 13 FBM's, and about 5 BM-E's. Do I wish I could have kept them, yes, but home projects and other stuff that blindsided me had to be paid, I could not justify keeping over 55 BM''s. So I have whittled that number down to just my sentimental favorites. I did put another for sale and was about to sell yet another, when the wife saaw what I was doing and said that I do not have to do anymore, I have paid enough with my collection. What a woman. Anyway, here is what remains and it is like a shot gun blast has removed my collection and boy do I wish I could have kept them but this meager collection will remain and will have to do.

Sorry to hear of the need to do it, but I can empathize to a degree. You are still the Dude when it comes to the Mistresses though.;):thumbup:

no, because there were simply too many for one pic and my pics typically suck. I did take pics in sections, but if I had dupes they never came out for pics and I had many dupes.. My goal at one time was to reach 50 SHBM's, and I have owned a lot more than that in all told, but the most SHBM's I have ever had at one time was last year at about 29(I thought it was 23, but I forgot that I had 6 at another location). And that includes the one I lost in the Chesapeake. I never really had a huge collection of BM's, I think the most BM's total was last year and it was probably in the 60-70 range.

everyone thanks for the words. Jamie do you see the one I got from you? The second one from the left in the second picture. It is indeed a FACTORY fully sharpened 1 of 300 clip SHBM, but it is not a 1 of 300, more of a regular run knife with a sharpened clip per owner request. I talked to "the man" at blade and brought it with me and he saw it and remembered when he did it. In any case, it came from the factory that way.
 
Hate you had to sell many, but you still have as good a collection as I've seen.

There are days I wish I had a SHBM. Then I grab a FBM and my ZTBM and say, "Nah. Who needs it."

Love that ZTBM. Unsung hero for sure.
