Does anyone have a picture of a Dyad (full size) with only one blade open? Every picture I can locate either has both blades open or both blades closed. I'm trying to see how comfortable the grip looks when in use.

Also, can anyone give me any first hand reviews about this knife? There doesn't seem to be much said about it.

Thanks.

Darn Mini I just yesterday sent a full sized Dyad home to uncleknife I had repaired.
Leave him a msg and i'm sure he will be happy to show you pics.
He had the blades coated a gun metal deep blue color and they were outstanding.
I can tell you though from handling his the grip is surprisingly comfortable.
When gripped hard I myself could hardly feel the extra blade and I think it's 1 sweet Spydie, I know this isn't much help. Ron

I own both a dyad and a mini dyad micarta. The mini is great to carry as back up with both blade styles. The full-sized is ok, but the closed blade makes it really uncomfortable for me. If you just need light use anyway, stay with the mini.

I have both the small and the large Dyads. Of the two, I like the small best; it cuts great and is sheeple-friendly. I've found the large Dyad to be uncomfortable during hard cutting: when you're gripping the handle, you're also gripping the hump on the unopened blade. This hurts the hand and makes it hard to apply much force when cutting.
