Rit seems to be the best method.
I've tried both the liquid and powder Rit and think the powder seems to be better. Your mileage may vary

Copy my friend. I'm going to try to go with a black handle. I'll look at Michaels to see if they have this stuff

I get Rit dye at my local grocery store. I concur with Brules1 on the powdered dye.
