E cigarettes/ hookahs and smoker detercotrs?

Was just wondering, I just got an E Hookah pen type thing, will these things or E cigs generally set off smoke alarms or not?
 
From what I've seen no. I just bought one for my brother & mother-in-law for their birthdays. They both like them & seem to be able to smoke them just about everywhere, for now.

Not in my house or any other house I have vaped in. We have had parties with a lot of people vaping and no smoke alarms went off. Good job trying to get off smoking if thats why you got it. If you have any vaping questions I would be happy to help you with what I know, shoot me a PM.

Thanks man! I am not actually a smoker but I did used to enjoy the occasional hookah session. Am kinda health conscious tho so thought this would be a good alternative for now. Just hopin they dont eventually find something wrong with vaping aswell as I've read that there hasn't really bin a lot of research done on the subject..
 
Most smoke/carbon monoxide detectors actually detect carbon content in the air. For instance crushed charcoal can set one off.
 
Yeah they wont set off smoke alarms.

phillip Morris took a HUGE loss in profits, thry invested in MANY politicians and spokepersons to bad mouth e-cigs, I personally owe e-cigs my life as it saved me thousands in cigs and my LUNGS!

3 of my brothers use them and in Mom's house, as well. No problems at all. I applaud the idea, and hope it offers folks an easy way to get away from cigarettes.
