I recently came across this knife from my brother in law, and he sold it to me for $150. I don't know much about the maker, Peterson, but from the looks of it this is a somewhat rare find! I am just looking for information on the maker of the knife and how much a knife like this would go for sale? Not really looking to sell, but I am just curious if anyone has seen anything like it. Thanks! :)

He's a fine Maker and you got a good deal from your brother......there's plenty of info out there on E.G., Google is your friend.

By the way, you need to read the 'Rules of Engagement' for this Forum, such questions about worth are not allowed unless you're a 'Paying Customer'. ;)

That's a folding filet knife, and nicely done.

Forget about the concept of "rare find"....that's some lingo for an auction site sale, and silly, because all custom knives are rare.

Likely ATS-34 and definitely ivory micarta....linen or paper, cannot be sure.

Best Regards,
