It's always easier to write and edit, yes. But Lynn Thompson was raised in Brazil. His company should have a lot of tolerance for people still working on their English!

I had to call them about a problem with an order, and the young lady I spoke with made the call so easy, it was like she knew more about the problem than I did.
 
Anyone know why their main web site http://www.coldsteel.com is not responding? Or is it just me?
