ATC has been getting overwhelmed with e-mails and voice mails concerning new order placement, shipping status, tracking number requests, catalog requests, custom shop work, and the like.

We are processing all of the communications as quickly as possible.

Well your customer service was awesome when I wanted my RRspike Hawk resharpened. Don't let that slip whatever you do. Maybe next time it dulls I can finally get it right myself. Great product and great service.
