When sending e-mails on sales thread sellers are not receiving nor are buyers.. I have e-mailed seller and they have not received them.. This is thru the e-mail thru forums.. FIX IT!! I have lost the chance to purchase various knives because of this.. If offered.. It should work.. This has been an on going problem and not a recent issue.. Thanks.. john

Whatever is wrong with the forum email system will not be fixed by demanding we FIX IT. It can be a bit more complicated than that. Now that you know there's a problem, you may want work-arounds. Posting "My email is myself at myisp dot com, please contact me" will work.

Beggars can't be choosers. It is a free service just like your level of membership. Upgrade your membership and you can get PMs which always work as long as the inbox is not full. You could also leave a visitors message or use personal email like Esav said. Ironically, your email is not enabled so no one could contact you even if they wanted...

John, just be aware if you give them $10 for this basic 'membership' you only get to store 5 private messages, so you are constantly forced to dump the thing and if you don't you will still miss communications because of this policy.

Ironically, craytab is right, I didn't even check. Until you enable your email settings, you can't receive them.

Go to Settings > My Settings (left side) > My Account > General Settings

Messaging & Notification -- go through all the email settings, including Default Thread Subscription Mode.
