EA Sports contact info needed....

i got a ea sports game for x-mas, my sis in law paid cash at walmart, i am now having problems with the game loading, tried to swap it out at walmart, they wouldnt do it w/out a rec'pt, i guess my only alternative is to mail it to the company, but what is the address, i have only been able to find the easports store addy, and am not sure that its the correct place to send, couldnt find anything else on the website as far as contact info, anyone happen to know the addy??? i have rarely seen a website w/no contact info, WTF?

and of course my sis in law no longer has the rec'pt, was suprised walmart wouldnt swap it out for the same title, it looks brand new/still in box/etc, i didnt anticipate a problem with it. could see if i wanted to swap madden '05 for grand theft auto/etc, but thats not the deal........
 
It's like hen's teeth getting ahold of EA. I bought MOHAA War Chest to give my brother as a XMas gift, and several of the disks didn't work, it sounded like they were skipping in the CDROM. It took me a week or so of him-hawwing around to get anything, and it's only a phone number. Callling the phone number ((650) 628-1900) got me the address, which is

Call them first, though, they'll give you information that will get the game out to you. .
 
thanks guys will try and phone them monday, surely they wont charge me to replace the defective item...............
