Eagle Industries Crossover Pack problems

I bought an Eagle Industries Crossover pack from Natchez shooters supplies for $56.00(shipping include) thinking that this was a great deal! I mean it's Eagle Industries right? Wrong! The pack is coming apart at the seams where the shoulder strap meets the back pad and it's getting worse by the day. The kicker here is that it's used for nothing more than shower bag duty and overnight no big deal right? I was wondering if anyone else here has one of these and are having the same issue?

Dang! Call/Contact Eagle Industries, let them know about the problem and give them a chance to make it better.
