Eagle production

A fantastic knife but does anyone know if this will be a regular production item or does the Spyderco hole licence limit it to a custom only?

I believe he is talking about the CQC-9. At this time, it is strictly custom. There have been rumors over the past few years of some custom models making the transition to production. If it happens, it will be well down the road. As far as the Spyderhole, I'm sure IF the CQC-9(eagle) makes it to production, the hole would follow and Ernie would honor the license agreement with Spyderco.

Personally, I would much rather see the CQC-8 go into production.

I already have my dream knife. Its a framelock commander with a black blade and a CF inlay.
