Eagle Scout fixed blade sheath

There is a vintage black leather sheath for a fixed blade that has an Eagle Scout Emblem. I have seen several ebay offers. I am searching for info on the date of the sheath, what company made it, and What knife it was designed for? A BSA knive??
 
Is this the sheath? It's the only black leather fixed-blade sheath with the Eagle Scout emblem I see on Ebay. And there are several listings for them (overstock).

If it is, then the knife is a Camillus. This knife was released in 2019.
