Today I bought my first SAK in years. I decided on the Soldier. Cool knife, way worth the 18 bucks. While I was fiddling with it earlier, I remembered my boy scouting years. And it led me to wonder, are there any other Eagle Scouts out there?
Thanks,
Matt

I am.

It is a family tradition. My Father, Myself, my three younger brothers, and now the third generation with my nephew Cody who had his Court of Honor just last month.

Well, I came close. I was only a few steps shy of making it. Some of my best outdoor memories were in Scouts.

Before moving this topic to the community section, I'd like to point out that in the last issue of Blade magazine there was an article about steelmaker Devin Thomas. According to the article, he and all 10 of his brothers are Eagle scouts, which is a Guinness word record. Pretty cool article.
Off we go!
