OK, if you've been following the 110 threads recently you have read DarrylS's post of a very amateurish looking 110FG on eBay, which some easy mark bought...

I can tell you that contrary to what the seller said, it does appear to be handmade...I can see definate file marks running crossways through the scales & liners...The rockerbar pivot pin also has tool marks on it; no reason for that...
The blade does look pretty good, so it's not a total loss...if it's a fake 110FG (that is, a filed 110)...
So, would anyone with more expertise than me care to venture an opinion if they think Buck may have tried to hand-make finger grooves with filework??? I have several projects ahead of this, so if I do decide to strip it down, it won't be for a while...
