What would be a fair price?

Some scratches on blade.
Never sharpened, never cut anything.
No scabbard or box.
Kydex scabbard comes with knife.

I'd guess ~$150 -$200 . Really just a guess .

But , I suggest you search Ebay for the item and select "sold" listings in left sidebar .

This will show what item has sold for .

It's not collector condition but has Kydex sheath . Cold Steel used prices can be crazy right now for some items .
