An older buddy of mine who has given me many knives over the years, including his Randall from 1969 gave me an early Christmas gift today. He knows that I like to make smaller fixed blades and that they are also what I carry. Today he gave me this Mike Irie Sport 300. I know he's had it a number of years, not sure how long exactly but I think this is an older sheath design. Foldover with a button and a nice belt clip. This is a really nice little blade and right up my alley. The stag scales are nicely done as well. Great little knife, thanks a lot Nick! I'll probably make a nice little kydex rig to go with it.

Thanks for looking, Merry Christmas all!

LOL, not a word!? I thought it was a pretty cool little knife. I have never seen Mike Irie's name before, doesn't look like he gets much exposure. Could be a "show only" type of guy....

I like it Jonny... slightly Nessmuk MacNess Monsterish! And you can't go wrong with Stag IMO

That's a nice little knife Jonny. My love affair with knives started with a Vietnam era Randall. Even with the ability to make em myself now I'm still saving pennies for one to keep the fire alive!
There's nothing better than a friend who loves knives! Consider me jealous.
Merry Christmas!
