Early Lock Up After Reassembing My Regular Seb

Took my Large Reg apart recently to clean and lube with CRK grease. When I put it back together it seemed to function nicely, but then I noticed that the lock bar is just barely engaging with the blade, maybe 10%. The blade seems solidly locked, but I'm concerned that with such minimal contact it could possibly be unsafe. Before I took it apart the lock up was probably at 25%. Should I overhaul it again, or is an early lock up like this acceptable, or even a good thing?

Also try opening it with a little force once just to make sure everything is set into place.

Rotated the stop pin and applied slight torque to the slabs as described by clockman. Lockup is just right now at about 25%. Thanks everyone!
