Early unmarked Becker??

I recently acquired a collection of knives and these were in there.
In my research of BKT which is stamped on the larger knife, I found the Tac Tool.
The one I have though, is unmarked. As the bolts, nuts, & handle material are the same, I'm wondering if it is a fake, or early production.

I forgot to mention the scabbard is kydex reinforced nylon by Eagle Industries.

Thanks for any assistance.

Not sure, Bladite is the expert on these, not me. Did you check the FAQ and Blade database, it might be in there.

I've gone through the Becker DB. what I'm leaning towards now, is that it is a Blackjack ResqDivTool for the USN SEALS. As it has the Eagle Sheath and no serrations. But I'm still researching as those blades I've found pictured, are bead blasted.
Here's a prototype picture:

It looks real to me, and it looks like an early Div Tul. The lack of serrations is really interesting, and it sure matches that prototype, doesn't it?
BTW, you're the upteenth poster to put post #1 in Becker. Thanks, and welcome to Bladeforums. I, for one, certainly appreciate your Becker-fu.
I would love to see some really clear pics of both sides (maybe outdoor pics with natural light minus glare) that could go into the Becker database.

ASKJesse, you might want to shine a MagLite down into your basement and up into your attic.
My suspicion is that Bladite is already down/up there just waiting for you to go to sleep. :D :p
He's sort of a vacuum for early Beckerphernalia.©*

These knives were part of a collection I acquired, 2 boxes weighing 145lbs. These are the only Beckers in the lot though.

the eagle industries sheath is a dead give away of Cincinnati era yes?

handles looks like estaloc, but i'd have to see pic as Guyon mentions. just the blade both sides, just the sheath... that way focus lock is optimized. good even overcast day is ideal.

Well, I will be taking and then posting pictures from home, when I get off, in 3 hours.

I hear a suspenseful drum roll in the background.

I have mislead you all, my apologies. I based my description off of the picture and when I got home, I discovered that it is partially serrated.

I will take better photos tomorrow.

No apologies necessary, we are here to help. It looks to be a coated Blackjack era BKT Tactul. Ethan should be here shortly to check in, and he'll see this and come lay the smack down on that knife ID for ya.

Reading is good! I found this in the FAQs (as it had been pointed out I should, in the please read and by members):

"ResqDivTul, Powder-Coated* This is the powder-coated version, that won’t rust. They were available powder-coated black. That’s super for salt water exposure. If it’s powder-coated, it’s impervious to just about anything. But, then, we also had rescue teams that wanted something black. For example, the FBI Hostage Rescue Teams all dress in black. So they wanted a black knife, to match their uniform. We made about 750 of these powder-coated knives." Mike Stewart.

Anything marked "Randell' or "Busse" in those 145 lbs ... 'cause those are REAL junk ... And I'll gladly dispose of them for you :D (just kidding)

Welcome to the forums.

Thanks for the welcome.

Neither of those, but: Emersons, Elishewitz, Terzoula, Timberline, etc. If you ever have the chance to atten a TSA auction, do it. These are the knives removed from passenger carry-on luggage.

Sounds like a nice score. Congrats.

I love actions and yard sales.
When the kids were little we used to take them, give them a couple bucks and see how much they could get. We used to call it "yard sale tactics".
Pile a whole bunch of stuff together and a 7 y/o negotiating how much for the whole pile. They got good ! (LOL)

They thought they were getting the best deal, Eyes buggin' out - good times.
