Ease 4 sheath for Rat 4?

I want to buy a new poly sheath with a belt clip for my Rat 4. I found this one on eBay. I figure it will probably work just fine but wanted to see of anyone new for sure.

Thanks for your input guys. I like how these sheath ride higher on my belt than the stock one. It makes it easier for edc. 👍

Does your knife have "Rat Cutlery" and "ROWEN" on it, if so, it will work. The RC (RAT) 4 was the predecessor to the ESEE-4, just a name change.

I've swapped sheaths on the ESEE and RAT 3's before... got a little bit of rattle, but they worked.
