East Coast Custom Knife Show--Who's going?

It's now only a few days before this show and I haven't seen a "roll call" on this show. So here it is.

Who's going and will anybody be handling the name tags? I plan on being there at the opening bell. It would be great to say hello to some of the regulars around here. And who knows--maybe lunch or a couple of drinks or whatever.

I'll be there Friday, as always, an hour or so before the doors open.
Brian Caffrey will be there, he prints up the name tags, he's currently looking for someone with a table to put them on. Last show they were at Andy Prisco's table.
Behind Bob Dozier's table, the debonairly handsome Asian looking guy is Nakano, be nice to him, he feeds me:D
Dont stand behind Tim Herman, whatever you do unless you're wearing a gas mask.
 
I'll be there Friday, EARLY! I don't think this will be a buying year for me, but it's great to see beautiful things and meet familiar faces.:) :)
 
I've had no luck so far in securing a table for the ID labels. I'm going to start a new thread & ask for volunteers.
 
Brian: I have a whole packet of BF nametags from the last show. I'll be happy to give them out to anyone who stops by table S3, Martinsite Knives, in the back, left corner along the wall-right next to Joe Culpepper.

Will be there on Friday as early as posssible. I'm driving up from the Harrisburg, PA area. That's going to be a real thrill ride!:(
 
Hey,---There we go!! It's great to see the cooperation. Hopefully we can all say hello at some point during the weekend.

Brian, maybe you could consider bringing a bunch of the tags to the "opening bell" so we could all sign on--for the purpose of identifying each other.:cool:
 
Well, it looks like my wife and I are going to make a weekend of it and drive in Friday night.

We would only be able to spend Saturday at the show because we have to drive home Saturday night but I'm game. (Hey, 16 hours in the car to spend 4 or 5 hours with fellow knife freaks and spend a few hundred sounds great to me :D))

Can someone who's familiar with the area get with me offline? I could really use some info on parking and what kind of traffic to expect getting into the city. Also more info on getting tickets would be great.

I can't seem to find an ECCKS web page that can answer all of these questions for me...

Good idea! I'll bring a few along. I'm a big guy, about 6'2", and don't look much different than my avatar. I'll substitute a cap for the boonie hat & won't have a big Bowie in my hand... probably not, anyway. :D

If you're driving in and have an extra hour or so, you can save A LOT on parking if you park at the Glenpointe Marriott (Teaneck, NJ) and take the bus to The Port Authority. The bus leaves every half hour or so and costs $2. Just call the hotel first to confirm that the bus still has this route.
BTW, I'll probably be there first thing Saturday with the two tots. I'll be the guy walking around with two tots and a digital camera. My daughter will keep saying over and over again, "don't touch - there's sharp in there".
 
After missing the NY Show, I almost had to miss this one, too. Well,
we got our schedules staightend out and I'll make it. Looking forward to seeing everyone, I should be there early Friday.

I will be there EARLY Friday morning... ;) I'm making my way to NYC Thursday evening & am looking 4ward to hanging with ya all...! I'm gonna try & get Liong to meet me there at like 10 am or some ungodly early hour so I won't feel all alone... ;P

Psyched & been waiting for it! ^_^
