There's only one viper more feared in southeastern NC than a cottonmouth, and that's the eastern diamondback rattler. For his sixth potential JS presentation piece, Scott lengthened and modified his Cottonmouth design to make a monster recurve we're calling the Diamondback. Scott forged the blade from W2, gave it a wild hamon, and dressed it in dyed curly maple. See what you think!

Two more knives may be completed before the weekend is over. If so, I'll post them once they're done. If not, we'll see you in San Antonio!

Thanks for looking.

All of Scott's JS potentials can be seen at The Road to San Antonio

Scott and Lydia,
The knives are looking really nice! Don't sweat it and have a fun trip to San Antone.

that plunge cut is a study in design on its own merit! Man you are cranking out great knives!
And you know what they say- beside every great man is a great woman!

Way to go Scott! I am able to spot a knife of yours a mile away. Have fun in San Antonio.....
And best of luck<skill>with your testing:thumbup:

Very nice! :) I really like your style, and am really looking forward to seeing them at the show :)

It's funny to think of something going west and ending up in TX... if we go west, we end up in the Pacific Ocean. ;) :D
