the steel is 52100 Rc62
asymmetrical ground hollow on a 4 foot wheel "ish"
the handle is nic-silver but cap and spacers with iron wood and spalted stabilized maple hand sanded to 1500 and buffed
308mm from the front of the handle
293mm of edge, 455 over all 43mm tall at heel just over 5 mm spine at handle and just under 5 out near the tip

butch....any sushi chef would be proud to carry that....i love the treatment on the buttcap....the finish left at the top ofthe bevelfrom heat treating....love the wood....it all adds up to a big package....great job as usal.....ryan:thumbup::thumbup:

Would love that knife in my home. She's a beauty!!!

Got me thinkin' about the knives I actually use every day in the kitchen... damn...embarrassing! Looks like I've got to get busy.
