I am just waiting for some more tomatoes to ripen and I will indulge again. The tough part was deciding which knife to use.

Lucky hog. A couple weeks of unrelenting downpour pummelled my tomatoes, and the ones that weren't beaten to death got drowned. All but one plant, which was only mostly dead. No fruit for at least a few weeks, though.

I love how something so simple, tastes so gooooood:thumbup::thumbup:. But olive oil and s&p for me instead of the vinaigrette.
