I was sitting here at my desk enjoying a nice Fuji that I cut up using my ZT 301.
Not the best choice for cutting an apple, but it did it with authority.
I really like the coating that Kershaw uses on some of it's blades. It makes it easier to clean.
It combats almost any rust problem that might arise, especially after cutting acidic foods like oranges or grapefruits.
It is almost scratch resistant too. My blade has a few marks on it from me sharpening it up a bit,
but overall it doesn't keep those tell-tell marks on
the blade as if you just cut something really hard you shouldn't have. Cool
I've carried one of the new autos off and on during the week. Haven't cut anything with them, just carried and opened.
My Leek is sitting on my desk at home, all alone since I forgot it this morning.
It's sitting on a castle of Kershaw boxes, I hope she's OK.
Hope yall's day is going well.
