Ebay bounty

Slumming around on Ebay and came up with this knife. The seller provided no picture. It has the tang stamp removed indicating a second. It is a 3 1/2" lockback with a drop point. The knife operates perfectly, and even has some closing snap. Anyone know what this Uncle Henry pattern is?

It's one of those 3rd generational jobbies. C641 with Staglon added? Base knife was circa 1983-84 IIRC. LB-4 sounds right.
