Ebay buck with pic in handle, signed

OK OC...
That is a cool link. Thanks!
Don't have any info on it, but others will chime in I am certain.

Would like to bid on it, but I will be up watching some frogs jump up in Caleveras County at auction end.

Besides, guessing it will go for more than my spammy-bank will allow.

Thanks again...

However, was wondering what the story was on it and also thought you guys might be interested in the listing.

I have a similar knife that has "40 Years of the Buck 110" etched on the blade. I would guess that this is the same w/o the etch but with the signature. Preston

well i have spectlation on that >>>>>>
and it go's like this
buck uses up every thing nothing goes to trash unless bad
another post say's it was a spechel order..
so if it a good price buy it
by the way i do have this also as a non catalog type i ssue...

I saw these offered at Smokie Mountain some time last year. They were offered as remainders and did not have a huge price on them. Chuck sure looks jolly doesn’t he?

That was a knife we did for Kevin at Smoky. I can tell you that Dad was sure surprised walking through the factory one day and seeing his photo on the emblem...

I am not sure how many were made or how well they did. It was probably about 3-4 years ago...definitely before the move.

...???..."I don't know if the laquer has been removed from the brass"...What??? ...Since when did Buck lacquer the brass??? Just on specials???

Kind of a nice picture of Regis Philbin though... ;) :D :p

Did anyone catch the catalogue number off the box? The only thing I can add is that when the first batch was going out, the box label said Ranger. Oops.
I can figure out how many and when and such with the cat number.

Maybe this will show up ok... if it helps any

Well...the signature says "03"...and the tang says "110T"...so at a WAG, I'd say...2003... ;) :D
