eBay Fraud

Sorry fellows as I posted this with wrong subject title.

A knife is being sold on eBay that the seller, user name,
eid_36 has copied from another auction site. I know because I own this, one of a kind knife and have it in my possession now, as I write this. He even used my picture from the other auction site. The item #2164529495 is at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2164529495&category=20271

The address of the other auction site, where I have my knife listed is, on www.KnifeAuctions.NET at http://www.knifeauctions.net/listings/details/index.cfm?itemnum=731881985

They are running a private auction and I cannot contact the bidders.

Do any of you guys know where to report this on eBay as a fraud?

Too late. A fellow collector has sent a Western Union wire for the knife to a Pavel Dudek in New York. The buyer was solicited by the seller cid_36 to a private auction on eBay. He sent $2,950.00.

Rhett, this really stinks. I hate to see people getting abused by fraudulent sellers. It ruins it for all of us.

I finally found a place to send eBay an email through an eBay "Safe Harbor" thread. At the bottom of the above fraud description I added the following.

"The seller is a Russian by the name Pavel Dudek. He fraudulently received $2,900.00 from %^%%%&&% for this knife and Mr Dudek has been running several scams on your site. When are you going to do something about this guy.

The general consensus among serious collectors is that eBay has little concern for frauds of this type as long as you receive your fees. Prove them wrong and do something about Mr. Pavel Dudek."
 
The unfortunate person in this fraud, sent this reply he received from eBay. He is still out his $2,900.00

was ended early by eBay. The auction was ended due to the account suspension of the seller.
All results for this auction are null and void.
