eBay khuk. Did I pay too much?

Wow, Bill, you were HAD! $0.01. That's the last of their inheritance, isn't it?

Man, that guy can't take pictures for %^&*.

Now is this cho creep or something entirely different?
Something entirely different I would say Bill. :D
Please give us a review on it, hell you might be able to become a local distributor!!!!:p :D ;)

When I first glanced through here I thought maybe it might've been one of those .01 khuks with a $250.00 shipping charge kinda like some of dos Sammy Rye, (Sam Your Rye?) Swords!!!! :D ;)

I am sorry to say it, Bill, ole buddy, but yes...you paid too much.

I had one from Smokey Mtn K.W. I was embarrassed by myself for having purchased it. I know better.

I gave to a neighbor who destroys things, i.e., tools, tractors, knives...etc.

Think of someone you like, but who would wreck something nice, and give it to them.

Merry Christmas

Welllllll.........

I bought one local for $6 + tax.

My -first- khuk like object.

Worked well digging dandy-lions & other obnoxious herbs.

Now if I could recall which pile of stuff it's residing beneath.

Thats one of the KLOs from my childhood. Almost bought one at a flea market for $40 but decided not to when I was able to flex it in my 11 year old hands. Thank god...

I'll bet those holes really improve its strength. :D Wonder if it's something like 420 stainless? Probably. My favorite stainless knife video was that one of the home shopping network, where the guy breaks the katana. It was on here a while back. Priceless.

Bill - *If* you got suckered, do you realized they will charge you 20% of the sales price for restocking? Not much of a consumer, are you? You must always read the fine print! ;)

You could always jump in your time machine and head back to the Bronze Age where it will definitely be the best thing going!

No way to tell if it was worth it until you get it in hand. Certainly your time costs in buying it and upkeep (mostly figuring out where to put it) are more than the purchase price!

Yup. Oh, yeah, I had one. Wait til you hit something with it- much like swinging a soda straw. Hits like a Nerf bat. Cuts like one too. :barf:

If I throw it in a pond it wouldn't cause as many ripples as this post! :D :D :D

Really I do have a kudzu problem and I do have these migrant workers who fight over using my YCS. I could make this second palce prize?

But the bottom line is that I have gotten my $12 money's worth just reading this post!

Thanks for the posts -- I know it won't be much. Maybe it will be fun to do a test?????

Might be a good one for anyone who's ever asked about throwing a khuk........

I know it will outcut that oddball tourist khuklike object I "bought" to test from Bill a while back. I still have it for some reason...no grip, waves, rolls, nicks all within 1 minute of use! LOL

Oh...the *upside* of that deal was the beautiful scabbard that the POS came in. It fits my only real antique bone handled Khukri like it was made for it! :) :) :)

I paid too much! Sheesh it is awful! Blade is about 1/16th of an inch thick.

Gonna find a pond and toss it!

LOL...and that's the "heavy" one...even mentioned it in the ad! Can you imagine what the light one was like?

I'd send it back just to get them to pay shipping even though it wqill cost you %20 restocking fee... :p
