Thanks sO much for the review, very Informative. I looked around for this knife and it's very pricy, Do you think this is a good value knife? I know French knives and European knives in general are pretty expensive, but this would cost twice that of a High end Spyderco, Mcusta, Benchmade, even by French standard it's twice that of most Chambriard knives, and you can get 2 nice forge De Laguioles for that price, I am rambling but basically do you think this knife offers value?
