This knife comes in at 3 7/8" and is a fairly beefy knife, Ats-34, 416 frame and as the title says Ebony. This knife is not for sale
Comments welcome. Ken.

Beautiful knife, Ken. I really like the somewhat leaf-shaped spear blade. The only suggestion I would make would be to start the nick even with the start of the swedge, and center it in the EO handle cutout. Of course this opinion comes from my super-symmetrically anal self, and may not be feasible in actual machining. :D Super job!

That's a beautiful knife, but I have a question. Why the big swedge? In my experience, swedges on EZ-open patterns make them decidedly, well, less easy to open. This example looks like there would still be enough blade to pinch ahold of without your fingers slipping, but I have a couple other EZ-opens where I almost have to use the nail nick. Granted, I have pretty big fingers. Is there a practical reason to put swedges on EZ-opens, besides looking cool?

No disrespect intended! I'd pocket that little honey in a heartbeat.

That is absolute perfection to me.
I especially appreciate the larger size. I've been collecting Remington EO's lately and they are great except that at 3.4", I wish they were about a 1/2" larger.
I wish it were for sale :(:D

beautiful, love the swedge love the ebony love the EO notch and the gimp shield... only thing missing is a long pull.
Awesome knife

That is beautiful, I really like the dark ebony and the shield. Very nice.

Very striking Ken.
If it were mine I would get all dressed up every time I wanted to carry it, just to do it justice.

As much as I like the shield and the ebony, I absolutely love the blade. That is a dream knife there.

You managed to combine several features that I really like - ebony, teardrop, and propeller shield. Very nice!

I could do wonders on a deer with that knife, of course it is way to pretty for that. That is a stunner.
