Built this one back in the summer for a friend. He had a piece of ebony from a custom gun stock project that he wanted to use for the handle, and so this is what came about. Long hidden tang screws onto a nut silver brazed on the underside of the buttcap.

As the temperature is -30 degrees celcius right now, I finally sat my butt down in front of the computer for more than a few minutes to post something!

Blade, S30V, RC 59, approx 4" long.
Handle, ebony.
Guard, spacer and buttcap, 304 stainless.

Thanks for looking,

Clint

Thank you gentlemen. My buddy did a few mule deer with it this year and seemed happy. Stay warm wherever you are, it just hit -40 degrees (with wind chill) here.

here on the island it's -5c, but I'd say judging by my bike ride to work it's more like -15c with the wind. Beautiful, blue bird day though:)

Nice looking knife, Clint.

Great use of materials and execution for sure.

Appears to have some Morseth influence. :)
