For the last few years, I've printed BladeForums ID labels that are given out at NY shows. In this way, forumites who may have not yet met have a way of finding each other. It seems to have worked real well since there is now quite a large group of us who generally find some time for a get together outside the exhibit hall.
What we need for this show is an exhibitor to volunteer to distribute the labels from their table. You would be doing a good deed by helping to promote the BladeForums community. You might also be helping yourself by possibly attracting new visitors to your table who might not have stopped by otherwise.
I'll be there at the opening bell on Friday & can drop off the labels once the doors open. OK, who would like to help?... Don't all step forward at once now.
