I found a site recently but forgot where. It was not an official site and contained little to no information. I emailed the address given in the adds in blade magazine and received this reply. I hope it helps.
"Mr Buccellato,
Thank you for your recent e-mail expressing interest in attending the East Coast Custom Knife Show. We are returning for our 11th year and the show will take place on March 10, 11, 12 2000 at the Crowne Plaza of Manhattan at 49th & Broadway (1605). There are over 130 tables exhibiting with 37 states and 10 countries represented. The show opens Friday at 1:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., Saturday 9:30-6 and Sunday 9:30-4. A one day pass is $10 and all three days is $20. We do not make advance reservations, just purchase your ticket at the door. There are door prize drawings all weekend and the three day pass qualifies you for the grand prize drawing on Sunday.

I will be attending on the saturday. Maybe we will run into each other.
