Echo knife and Kershaw "pouch" questions

I have a couple of questions, and I thought this might save time/space. I really like the Echo knife in Kershaw's catalog, but I'm not crazy about the camo handle. Is there a black version I'm not seeing? Kershaw's catalog also lists a pouch for a knife with up to 5" handle, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Does anyone know where you can get these? Thanks in advance!
 
There was a black variation, now just the camo. I believe the black Echo was simply a #1070. Should be some old stock around.

You could call CS and buy a sheath direct if that is of interest.
 
To add to Thomas's post, the pouch you're asking about is for a folding knife.
Do you want it for another knife?
As it will not hold the Echo which comes with a sheath.
