Hi Gang- Who EDC's an A-100?
I have one coming, thank you Lori and Mike, and this will be interesting as I've come to really like a slim handle on a folder.
Speak up!

I've been edc'ing an A-100 for several years now. I think it is a great all around user knife. I like the simple handle, which allows multiple grips (choking up, etc). The spear point blade is efficient for a lot of uses and is easy to sharpen. Although a very sturdy knife, it doesn't hog the pocket - especially when vertical along the pocket seam. All in all, a very nice package. Congratulations, I'm betting you'll like it and it will work well for you!

Thanks, Larry!
Well said.
I always liked the spearpoint and combined with the simple handle, I know this one will get lots of pocket time.
btw, a guy on you-tube wondered why the A-100 isn't more popular and that's a good question.

Hi Rolf. Many years ago I had the pleasure of owning and edc'ing this one. Sadly, in a moment of weakness, I sold it. Like most of us here, I have owned and sold/traded away many, many knives, including most of the EKI models, but this is the only one I actually regret selling. I NEED to pick up another one one day soon. The "point" is, great knife that makes a great edc, if a little on the thick side in the pocket.

Hey, thanks, Billy!
Get another A-100 now as the price is pretty good. They will just go up in price!
Did you do a review on you tube with the regular and the mini?
About that handle... I love how the Sodbuster feels in my my hand and I bet the A-100 will feel just as good.
Thanks!

Yes I do, it was my one and only but in a rotation now. I like the slim carry great for back pocket of slacks.

I have an A-100 in my rotation. Stonewashed, plain edge with standard scales. I'd like to get some custom scales, but haven't gotten around to it. I carried it exclusively during a week's vacation last month and it worked out great.

Bet you've not been this excited for a Monday in a while ;)

I have an A-100, and really like it. I've only had it a few weeks, but it has grown on me. I elected to remove the pocket clip, and just carry it in the pocket, tip up, blade towards the pocket seam. For a larger folder than I'm used to, I barely notice it. I really like the 'plainish' handle profile. It doesn't tell me how to hold it, and almost any grip is comfortable :)

Just ordered a polished zirconium Monster Thumbdisk - too many enablers (Dadpool, T.K.C.), and can't wait for it to arrive.

It's gotta be one of the cleanest designes out there. Will never go out of style.
