EDC Bag with PALS webbing?

Anybody suggest a good quality EDC bag with PALS webbing? Ideal measurements would be around 12” wide x 10” high x 4” deep and made of cotton canvas. I had one from County Comm some years back: carried it until it just about fell apart! It was a great design at a decent price.... and of course they stopped making it. So, any suggestions? Thanks!
 
The first place I would look is the 5.11 bags that are less military looking but still have some of the webbing to attach things if you choose to. There are a number of them that come close to your measurements. I have found their bags to be extremely durable, tough, and well made.
 
I use a sotect go mission bag that is about this size, had some 5-11 bags in the past but find the sotect bags are a little lighter but just as well made, i use mine to carry some camera gear around town and works grate.
