EDC blade (Please help)

I want/need a good quality blade that has the folowing specs :
Black handle/blade (likes mostly )
Deep carry clip (NEEDED)
Straight edge (NEEDED)
Budget 10-50$
2-3.5 inch blade
Thats it and thanks for any feedback. BTW the knife will be used mostly for edc tasks and not for batoning/hard use

What Grayzer said - that is, if "deep" means that the knife pretty much disappears, like the Flash II or Vantage. With Mr. Zakko's wish list, the clip is the limiting factor, as there are tons of < 3.5" folders with black handles.

Kershaw Clash i believe follows suit. I carry one for work. Had it 2-1/2 years. Speedsafe, durable, and i wont be upset if i destroy it.
