Back in the day, I EDC'd large, fixed blade survival/utility knives, as I was often in the field. Now that I command a cubical in the corporate world, more discreet carry is unfortunately required, by both policy and sheeple. Since I deal better with fixed blades than folders, I've accumulated a number that I switch around, the way some people do with their watches or jewelry. As I have about 50 custom and production knives, I use a less than 8" OA rule to winnow down what I EDC. They are, from clockwise from 12:00; Muela Gazapo, the missus MC Delta Lite EDC (I'm not letting her put a higher-end knife in her wrecking yard of a pocketbook), the missus Sunday Best Eppig EDC. My Sunday Best Moulton Night Hawk XT (Largest @ 7 3/4"), Boker Magnum (smallest @ 4 5/8"), Chax Knives Scaled Cipher, KA-BAR TDI LE Knife, Schrade 152 Old Timer, TOPS Wolf Pup, and Muela Mouse.

The badges are from left, EDC Security Enforcement Management, CHP Type Jacket SEM Badge, and Critical Equipment Responder Badge.

Nice collection :D
I like small fixed blades as my first choice. My regular rotation include Gene Ingram, Arno Bernard,Vanderkoff & Matt Shade.

How do you find the tops wolf pup? I've condidered 1 before.
Thanks for sharing.

I like the Prairie Fox better than the Wolf Pup. I really like the small TOPS FBs.

Thanks, miss the days when I could wear a big bad blade on the belt, (not the weight though :D ) I like both the Prairie Fox and the Wolf Pup, after handling each, I went with the Wolf Pup due to it's slightly longer handle grip. In little chunky fixed blades, I prioritize handle length over blade length.
The Boker 'Magnum' for instance, is practically unusable for me.

Bladewolf you're welcome! :)
Thanks to the input from both of you. I lked the look of both TOPS mentioned also the sparrowhawk. Being so far away you're really taking a punt not being able to handle. Believe it or not most knives(production) seen on BF are pretty rare in Oz few true quality knives are carried by dealers. Jdee who is a member on this forum is 1 dealer in Oz that does. He is now dealer for Bark river (I think he is the only 1). I wouldn't mind giving a mikro canadian a test run.
