Hi All.

I own several nice edc folders and was just wondering what everything thinks about carrying a fixed blade edc as well.

I would like some recommendations for good starter fixed blades under $40.

Thanks

BK 14, BK 11, BK 24. These are great small EDC blades and not just for starters. You will see these recommended over and over again.

I EDC and Izula, BKT Bravo Necker II, and a small inexpensive custom.

The Buck 102 is a solid option, The becker knives are also nice if you prefer full flat grind and high carbon to hollow and stainless.

I, like craytab, really enjoy my small inexpensive customs. If you're patient you can find something you like around (+ 20$) your price range.

Yup, that is what I did and at that price range. Even came with a nice little kydex sheath.

Both of these are perfect, I have wach of those 3 Beckers, and I love them. They each have their niche that they fit perfectly, though they can all do each others work, one will often excel in one way or another.

I am looking forward to grabbing one of those custom patch knives too.
