What's your district, social security number, and the current phase of the moon as viewed from the top of the highest structure within fifty miles of your current location? (If you do not own a moon, simply reply "none" or "not applicable.")

You will need to search the municipal codes for the city and county you are planning to carry in as well as the Illinois state legal codes.
For example: Chicago (took me about 5 minutes using google)

State (Illinois): http://law.justia.com/codes/illinois/
Also, keep in mind a lot of these codes are context dependent (lawful occupation or calling). Carrying a Mora or Izula while wearing hiking gear and carrying a pack won't attract any near as much trouble as carrying a Kabar USMC while decked out in tacticool or gangsta gear.
