Lycosa - It really doesn't matter if its a chisel grind or double high flat or a high flat for the first straight edge and a low flat for the tanto point.... Hope that was not confusing. I'll do a few different designs in 3D CAD to show some examples.

I have not worked on any since Wednesday so I hope by next week to have a hawk design and a tanto style similar to the knife I posted.

When its actually ground the chisel grind will be higher up the blade... Im still new to 3D design lol
I would also rather this knife be a high hollow ground for the first grind with a shorter flat for the tip with curly maple scales. I like the cord wrap look but I would rather a nice wood or G10 IMO
