EDC Kephart

Here is the EDC Kephart. 6 1/2" overall, with a 3" blade, 7/8" tall, and 3/32" thick, of O1 steel. This one has maple handles with brass pins.

Here it is compared to a Baby Kephart.

Handle is 3/4" at the widest point. I can go thinner, or thicker with liners. Price point will be $130 with sheath.

Hi folks -

I liked this one so much that I twisted Stomper's arm at the Gathering and picked it up on partial trade for an older Case Bone Trapper.

I really REALLY like the Kephart design, and this little guy is just too cute.

I will have to have a baby as well - and so it goes.....is there a smiley out there that shows dollar bills flying away?

I will take pictures of the little Keppie for my album and post them here when I have them done.

Not counting the Friction Folder, yes, it is.

But, it is an interesting wood figuring.

I just liked this one - ok, I love them all.

mqqn, that is a sweet looking little Kephart! I really like the pattern in the maple! Is that a little spalt line or what? I got my new RAT-7 today in the mail! That is a nice piece of steel. I wish I could have gotten the Kydex Sheath for it instead of the ballistic web sheath. Spent a few hours this evening making some Paracord items for my Kephart, the woman's keys, and a survival wrist band. I'm really proud of myself! Here is a few photos!

I need to get some more paracord materials! Guess I will have to get on the Internet again!

Thanks for the pictures.

The EDC Kephart does have some interesting figuring in the scales, it may be spalting - it is more faint when looking at it in hand than in Stomper's pictures.

I will soak it in boiled linseed oil soon - I just got done doing that to all my burl-handled JKs after several of you said that my RWC was looking very dry.

I will post pictures of the before and after when I treat the EDC-K.
