EDC neck/fixed knife help.

Does anybody know of a good fixed blade or neck knife for edc. I plan on carrying the knife on my non dominate side on my belt, with the handle pointing towards my right arm. I would prefer some kind of belt clip, not loop. With that being said, the blade doesn't have to be that big. I don't want the handle sticking up in my shirt when its covered. I was considering the KA-BAR TDI LE knife, but i'm not sure how this would be for utility, and i would like a good balance of utility and last ditch self defense, but mainly just day to day tasks. The knife would be more for survival/wilderness edc, but also for just carry for day to day cutting task. Any help would be appreciated and thank you very much for your time.
 
Something from the CRKT Folts Minimalist series might suit. I bought a Minimalist Bowie a few months back and find myself using it constantly. It comes delivered with fittings for belt wear in a number of orientations.
