how you liking that ld12? is it too big for a pocket? loot a lot smaller (a good thing IMO) in your picture then some I've seen.

been thinking of changing it up. I've just picked up a few little edc items I'm trying out, looking for new keyring etc, I'll take a pic in a bit, some of it might make it in the goodies box after all :)
 
I've had the Fenix for over a month, carried it everyday since I got it. IMHO, it's a perfect size to pocket. While it doesn't quite disappear like some of the single AAA lights, it is still very small yet is large enough to easily manipulate. I really like the side mounted switch to cycle the modes instead of using the rear switch. Good combination of throw and flood in the beam, 115 lumens on turbo, cycling strobe and SOS, nice low setting. Overall, I have been very happy with it. To be honest, I use it as much or more than my knife.
 
thanks Sean, honestly the number of modes isn't a plus for me, I like 2 max 9high low) for an edc, but I'm a little simple :p Still I may just have to try one. I'm carry the one int he picture below, I like it a lot (since I found a pocket clip to fit it) apart from the twisty switch. It's hard to explain how i feel about twisty switches, and I have given them a fair try with an LD01 and now the LD15 below, I don't like them, I don't like them rather a lot :( and your right, the flashlight does often get used more then the knife

okay so I'm loaded for bear at the moment, I like to carry as little as possible but I'm trying out some new things to see if i can't replace the micra as my keyring.

1. Leatherman S4, filling in for my SAK cadet while it's away for a make over
2. Plain ole zippo
3. Fenix LD15
4. Wallet from a leather store in gatlinburg, TN, seen better days
3. pen...just a pen
4. keys with Leatherman micra
5. peanut lighter on trial
6. permanent match on trial
7. marbles compass
8. JKTK 1 with firesteel
 
I don't have a picture at the moment. I normally carry a spyderco pikal and a Paul Moore bob fixed blade with a surefire e1b. I'm really intrigued by JK knives, the quality and customer service seem to be top notch. Has anyone had a pikal (reverse edge) knife made by JK? Thanks!

Here's what I had with me today. Knives, flashlight, and pistol are rotated accordingly.

I keep thinking that this one, with the handle turned "upside down" would work well.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw it in the 'Making of' thread. Also, I believe the Coopers Hawk might just work in the same manner. As soon as I have extra funds I promise I will be contacting you! Thanks! :)

The things that ride with me are....
1) keys
2) "costanza" wallet
3) Vik Farmer
4) iPhone (it was taking the pic)

I recently just purchased a couple flashlights to check out too. The jetbam BC10 and BA10. i have to tell you though...i don't like things in my pockets, so i doubt i will ever carry one constantly ... on person, that is. the only thing that is always in my pocket is the farmer. the other stuff gets "set out."
 
my minimalist carry these days:

thanks KY, im off today so thats a light load. my working edc includes a much heavier belt and some Kevlar
