EDChef 6 and Petty

Good evening custom knife enthusiasts. I have made my first petty knife, and finished it today. It is going to the mother of one of a valued customer, and it is truly an honor to be chosen for such an important job. In addition to my first hand made petty, she is receiving also an EDChef 6, which is functionally equivalent to a santoku. Both are made from sawmill blade steel, by the request of the customer, and feature orange and black layered G10 handles, brass pins, and radiused spines and finger guards for extreme comfort.
