I was comissioned by a kind gentleman to make an even larger version of my EDChef, which has now seen the original 4 inch, as well as a 5 inch version. This is the 6 inch version, which functions as a large kitchen utility knife. This one is from sawmil blade steel, as both the 4 inch prototype and the 5 inch version were.
The EDChefs feature extremely thin grind suitable to food prep, teardrop shaped neutral handles for comfort and high function, and radiused spines for added comfort.
