Hiya everyone,
This is basically a question for Joe, or anyone else in the know. I have a used and much loved Large Buck Strider Tanto. I would like to get the Edge 2000 treatment done to this knife and was curious as to the cost of it and the approx turnaround time. I did a search on the forum and have found several different prices so though that I should get it from the "horses mouth" so to speak. Also I have several screw (Torx) head which are less than stellar looking and was curious if you can replace all that need to be while it is in getting the Edge done, and the approx cost to do so. This is my EDC Knife (Sometimes it is good to be a big guy) so I dont want to be without it too too long, even though I have a bunch or other knifes, they all feel so inferior to the BBB (Big Boy Buck)
Thanks in advance for all of your help.

A couple years back we had a special where you could get the Edge 2X treatment, and any other refurbishment, for $5.00 with a coupon. If you send the knife in to me with $5.00, I will provide the coupon. We can get that edge on the the main edge of the knife but the tanto point is intentionally too thick for that.
Send it on in and we will take care of it for you in about 2 weeks.
Take care,

Joe,
Thanks for the quick reply. Also thank you for the generous offer on the Edge 2K treatment and refurbs. Should I send the knife to the factory with a attention to you? Also should I just use the address for Buck on the Buck webpage? I will also send a copy of this thread so as to keep everything less confusing. Anything else I should send or do? I will probably send it out on Tuesday via UPS as it is my next day off.
I would like to thank you once again for your generous offer and great customer service.

Anthony

Joe,
By the way, don't laugh when you see her as she is quite a bit used, but still going strong.
