I just got back two old (but well-cared for) 110s that I sent to Buck for the E2K upgrade. One was a 2-dot model with the partial hollow ground 440C blade. What a jewel that knife is now! Sharp as a razor, in a blade type with more metal down at the cutting edge... I love it!

Thanks guys!

I just bought a new Kalinga, according to the code on the knife it was made in 1997. I really love the knife but it's not too sharp. I wonder if I can qualify for the edge 2k upgrade also?

Jim,

Your Kalinga sure does qualify for the Edge 2000 treatment. Send it in and we will take care of it. You can use this thread as your "coupon", send it is along with $5.00 and the knife will be sharpened and buffed up.
Take care,

I just got a new Odyssey II CF and it came with a coupon for the Edge 2000 upgrade. I was wondering if this upgrade would be applicable to my good old Buck Special 119, which already has a great blade even though I have had it about 10 years, and if it would really do it that much good, granted the handle could use a good buffing.

Well I just got back my scary sharp Kalinga with the Edge 2000 and it is an awesome edge indeed. Turn around was just under a week and although Buck doesn't need any more kudos, I will add one. Truly no better service in the industry. Thanks Joe!

Just a few minutes ago I received my trusty old squire back with the new Egge 2K Upgrade. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. I have two more I'd like to send for the same. How, How, How?

I have two more Bucks I'd like to have the upgrade on. Who do I need to contact, What do I need to do? Thanks.

jacobsdad,

You can send them in, along with $5.00 per knife and a copy of this post and we will get it done for you.

Theraven,
sorry i missed your post but you can send yours in too. It does apply to any Buck knife.

Take care,
