Edge angle for Delica?

I just received a plain edge Delica 98 and a serrated Endura 98. I have a Lansky kit (I'm not very good with it, have to practice more) and I would like to find out what the factory edge angle is on the knives so I can use the Lansky angle that comes closest to the factory angle. I've messed up a Buck 110 trying to be 'smart' and change the angle, I don't want to make the same mistake with these new knives.

Thanks,

David S.

My sources tell me sharpening at 20 degrees will give you the best results.

David,

My Lansky system is not acurate and has a tendency to be off a few degree. Just to be safe, use the magic marker trick. Mark along the original edge and then try to find the best angle. That way you reduce the risk of screwing up the factory angle.
