Edge angle on Busse...

I have tried to search but couldn't get a solid info on edge angle on some of Busse knives...Maybe my search-fu needs some practice. :o

Anyway...Is there a thread that have edge angle info on Busse knives, or a link to point me to the right direction?

On a chopper I want a pretty steep angle. So on an Edge Pro which measures the angle on one side of the blade (essentially from the middle of the blade stock) I want 21* to 24*. On a slicer, I like a shallower angle in the 12* to 15* range per side. The 24* per side seems to be where most Busses ship in my experience--a lot of meat behind the edge.
